Our Staff
All Our Staff are qualified with relevant childcare qualifications, The nursery Manager holds a level 6 BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and a NPQ in Early Years Leadership as has our Deputy Manager who also holds a level 4 Early Childhood Studies and NPQ, additional staff also hold level 6 Early Childhood Studies and level 4 – Childcare and Education, all other staff hold level 2 and 3 – Childcare and Education. A number of Staff are Level 3 – Beach School and Environmental Practitioners
Paediatric First Aid
The nursery has 20 staff that are Paediatric First Aid Trained and 1 staff holds First Aid at Work.
Safeguarding Children
Nursery Manager- Safeguarding Officer level 2, Deputy Manager- Level 2 Trained- all other staff trained to level 1.
Staff are also Nursery Representatives for various areas including:
Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)
Behaviour Management
Health & Safety
